Your day to day
Your Job responsibilities includes the following but are not limited to it:

In this position you will monitor effectiveness of workflow & Sequence of Service during service periods and provides hands-on support as and when required.

Closely monitor the market list order to ensure compliance with the food cost margin

Monitor customer satisfaction and respond to customer feedback and complaints ensuring procedures for Complaint Handling are followed.

Can get along with the guests and engage with them.

Ensures that colleagues are aware of the relevance and importance of their activities and how they contribute to the department objectives detailed in the F&B Department Performance Plan.

Determine the necessary competence for colleagues and provide training or other actions to satisfy these needs.

Provide constant coaching, counselling and discipline to colleagues to ensure their capability to meet the needs of the customer and the organisation.

Ensure manning and competence level of selected colleagues is sufficient for the department to meet the needs of the organisation and customer.

You will ensure that all operational requirements are identified and will be providing direction to all the kitchen helpers including chef de partie’s, demi chefs, commis chefs, cooks, kitchen attendants and stewards. In addition, you will communicate to your Executive Chef any difficulties, guest or internal customer comment and other relevant information and will have to attend & participate in daily briefings and other meetings as scheduled.
What we need from you
The right candidate should have the following:- • At least 2 years of experience in the similar capacity in 5 star luxury hotel preferably in UAE/ME. • A good level of spoken English • Hands-on experience in international cuisines. • The Ability to lead a team • Ability to adapt in fast paced environment • Enthusiasm and commitment to the job
